Design & Setup Fee
Every custom piece begins with preparing your artwork, digitising designs, and setting up the machines. To keep things fair and transparent, most custom orders include a £10 design/setup fee.
If your project needs more detailed artwork or extra design time, the fee may be slightly higher, but I’ll always let you know upfront before any work begins, so there are no surprises.
